Find your Flow

We provide a weekend of ‘Finding your Flow’…

This year we are combining a weekend of group ‘life coaching’ sessions to help you find your flow in life, alongside supportive, progressive Stand Up Paddle board and Outdoor Swimming coaching to help you expand this flow into the water too.

Expert coaches, lovely accommodation, great food and like-minded women make up these potentially life-changing weekends. Women who have been on previous FYF weekends said:

The Find Your Flow weekend was honestly the best thing I’ve done for myself in years...I feel energised, inspired and determined to squeeze every ounce of awesomeness that I can out of this life! The FYF weekend worked so well because it provided time and space to think, talk and plan how you want to live your life, followed by an exhilarating day of mountain biking – somehow the combination just makes you feel amazing at the end of it! Add to that some great food, gorgeous accommodation, a fab group of like minded ladies – and the fact that Jo is just an awesome human being with a massive talent for this stuff. It was a perfect weekend and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

What will I get from a ‘Find Your Flow’ weekend?

  • Some ‘me’ time, time to focus on yourself, discover what you really want and become more adventurous.
  • Time in the outdoors to gain some freedom
  • Exercises and activities to find and prioritise your energy
  • A clear plan by the end of the weekend to help you follow the pathway of your choice
  • A network of women to support you in your continuing growth.

Who is hosting the weekend?

Jo Lee, founder of Infinite pathways, has been coaching and training people for 20 years and specialises in supporting women to discover what they really want from their lives and then plot a pathway to get there. She uses super supportive coaching and planning approaches to encourage and support you to be more adventurous in your life.

Rowan Clarke is an incredible Outdoor swimming coach with a passion for the water and creating inclusivity in the water. She is often seen at Clevedon Lake near Bristol, supporting people to find their flow in the water.

Lynne Ruddick is a super experienced Stand Up Paddle boarder and coach who helps people of all ages and abilities to gain confidence and skills to enable them to have more fun and feel more confident on the water.

Rachael Wight has been riding bikes and coaching riders of all abilities for many years. She loves helping people progress and is one of the most supportive coaches you could ever meet.

Lynn, Rach, Rowan and Jo, at different points in their lives, have experienced a lack of confidence; not known what they want life to be and have had nagging voices in their heads telling them they can’t possibly achieve everything they want to, so they ‘get it’.
