Find your Flow

We provide a weekend of ‘Finding your Flow’…

We are partnering with some awesome organisations to provide ‘Find your Flow’ life and adventure coaching weekends. We combine a weekend of group ‘life coaching’ sessions to help you find your flow in life, alongside supportive, progressive Stand Up Paddle board or Mountain bike coaching to help you expand this flow onto the water too.

Expert coaches, amazing accommodation, great food and like-minded women make up these potentially life-changing weekends. But don’t rely on us, see what people who have been on the FYF weekend said:

The Find Your Flow weekend was honestly the best thing I’ve done for myself in years...I feel energised, inspired and determined to squeeze every ounce of awesomeness that I can out of this life! The FYF weekend worked so well because it provided time and space to think, talk and plan how you want to live your life, followed by an exhilarating day of mountain biking – somehow the combination just makes you feel amazing at the end of it! Add to that some great food, gorgeous accommodation, a fab group of like minded ladies – and the fact that Jo is just an awesome human being with a massive talent for this stuff. It was a perfect weekend and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We have two FYF weekends coming up:

Mountain Bike ‘Find Your Flow weekend’ in the Forest of Dean in November 2021

Stand up Paddle board ‘Find Your Flow’ weekend on the beautiful south coast in October 2021

What is a Find Your Flow Weekend?

You will have time to be outdoors, reflect and spend time with a small group of like minded women to help you discover your pathway, follow it with confidence and become more adventurous along the way.

We will combine a weekend of group ‘life coaching’ sessions to help you find your flow in life, alongside supportive, progressive Stand Up Paddle board or Mountain bike coaching to help you expand this flow onto the water too.

Who is this for?

Do you need to spend some time and energy on you?

Do you want to be a bit more adventurous, understand what you want from life and how to get there?

Do you have a nagging voice in your head that says  you are not good enough or that you could never try something new?

Do you want to improve your SUP or Mountain bike skills and build your confidence with a small group of other women?
If any of this sounds familiar, then this is the weekend for you.

What will I get from a ‘Find Your Flow’ weekend?

  • Some ‘me’ time, time to focus on yourself, discover what you want and reflect on your purpose in life.
  • Connection and time in the outdoors to gain some freedom
  • Exercises and activities to find and increase your energy
  • A clear plan by the end of the weekend to help you follow the pathway of your choice
  • A network of women to support you in your continuing growth.

Who is hosting the weekend?

Jo Lee, founder of Infinite pathways, has been coaching and training people for 20 years and specialises in supporting women to discover what they really want from their lives and then plot a pathway to get there. She uses super supportive coaching and planning approaches to encourage and support you to be more adventurous in your life.

Lynne Ruddick is a super experienced Stand Up Paddle boarder and coach who helps people of all ages and abilities to gain confidence and skills to enable them to have more fun and feel more confident on the water.

Rachael Wight has been riding bikes and coaching riders of all abilities for many years. She loves helping people progress and is one of the most supportive coaches you could ever meet.

Lynn, Rach and Jo, at different points in their lives, have experienced a lack of confidence; not known what they want life to be and have had nagging voices in their heads telling them they can’t possibly achieve everything they want to, so they get it.
